G. Neil Foster, MD
Medical Director of Aesthetic Services
Dr. G. Neil Foster is a Virginia mainstay. He has lived and worked as an OB-GYN physician in Loudoun County since 1989. Dr. Foster is an award-winning, board-certified surgeon who has dedicated his life’s work to providing excellence in women’s healthcare and improving clinical outcomes for his clients.
Dr. Foster is a natural scientist and is proud to serve as our Medical Director of Aesthetic Services at the Stone Springs MedSpa by LMG. His data driven approach ensures our team of qualified health practitioners provide safe and clinically proven strategies to each client we serve. He has designed a proprietary protocol to reduce clinical complications and enhance skin health product recommendations for a customized approach to care. Dr. Foster is particularly delighted to offer FDA approved technology and partner with award winning vendors such as InMode, Alastin, and IS Clinical to promote skincare services and procedures that encourage skin health and rejuvenation at an affordable price point.

Dorris Glaspy
MSN-FNP
Dorris earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing from George Mason University. Dorris has worked in healthcare for almost 20 years, with background in Emergency Medicine, ICU, and Oncology & Infusions. She enjoys being able to improve a client’s self-confidence, so she started focusing on aesthetic procedures. Dorris has experience with neurotoxins, filler, and laser treatments for both skin rejuvenation and hair removal. Her favorite procedure to perform is filler because you can see the results right away and she loves immediate gratification.
Originally from North Carolina, Dorris has been a resident of Haymarket for the past 6 years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing with her dogs, and working out.

Katie Loeffler
BSN, RN
Katie received her undergraduate degree at Virginia Tech before completing Marymount University’s nursing program. She is an experienced registered nurse with certifications in hematology/oncology nursing and life support. Her medical background is an asset to procedures where injections, precision, and patient comfort are paramount. She is one of our aesthetic nurse injectors and holds certifications in toxin and filler administration. She has experience in IPL, laser hair removal, and microneedling with radio-frequency (Morpheus8). Katie enjoys collaborating with clients on treatment plans that efficiently meet their desired end-results, schedule, and budget. She has recently moved back to her home state from San Diego and enjoys spending time with family.

Thea Farhat
BSN, RN
Thea earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from ECPI University. She began her nursing career in a progressive care unit where she specialized in cardiovascular disorders. Over the past several years, Thea has exclusively focused her career on medical aesthetics. She is passionate about learning the latest techniques and procedures to help each client achieve their aesthetic goals, and being able to improve their self-confidence. Thea has experience with neurotoxins, filler, and laser treatments for both skin rejuvenation and hair removal. Her favorite work is helping clients navigate the extensive options for skin rejuvenation procedures and to develop a customized aesthetic treatment plan.
Thea is a northern Virginia native. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, hiking, attending yoga classes and travelling the world with her husband.

Jen Faulkner
MSN, RN
Jen is currently a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Candidate at Maryville University. She received a MSN in Nursing Administration from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Syracuse University. Before transitioning into the world of aesthetics, Jen gained extensive experience as a registered nurse, working 13 years in emergency medicine, spinal cord stimulation, and pediatrics. Moreover, Jen has a special knack for clinical education, which allowed her to thrive previously in acute-care settings and also uniquely positions her for success in the patient-driven world of aesthetics.
Jen has advanced certifications in all FDA-approved neurotoxins and dermal fillers, Kybella, laser treatments, PRP hair restoration, PDO threads and combination therapy. She regularly attends educational workshops and national meetings and is currently a member of The International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses (ISPAN) and American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Jen is passionate and attentive about safety and facial symmetry. She considers it a privilege to care for clients and works with them to create a treatment plan that provides a natural result. Clients appreciate Jen’s professionalism, kindness, and the time she spends thoroughly explaining the proper treatment combinations.
Born and raised in the Washington, DC / Northern Virginia Area, Jen currently resides in Leesburg, VA, with her husband and two sons. In her free time, she enjoys exercising – especially Pure Barre and Peloton – gardening, and home-decorating projects.

Lola Marshall
Licensed Master Esthetician
As a Licensed Master Aesthetician, Lola is passionate about helping each client achieve healthy and beautiful skin, at every stage of life. She offers a comprehensive skin consultation for all skin types and provides a customized skin care plan so her clients can enjoy a lifetime of smooth, radiant skin.
Over the past three years, Lola has honed her skincare techniques and is eager to share her expertise with new clients. She specializes in treating problem areas such as sun damage, wrinkles, dark spots, puffiness, uneven skin tone and acne. She carefully examines each clients’ skincare regime and determines opportunities for corrective treatments. Lola is known for her vast knowledge of skincare ingredients and often shares these beauty secrets with her clients. Lola helps to establish simple, yet effective skincare routines that address or prevent problematic areas.
Lola graduated from the prestigious Esthetic Institute in Vienna, Virginia. She has completed over 1,200 hours of advanced skin care training, dermal therapies, and procedure safety skills. Esthetic Institute is the oldest established esthetics training center in the VA/DC Metropolitan area. She holds a VA license and internationally acclaimed CIDESCO diploma.
Originally from Southern Maryland, Lola enjoys exploring all that northern Virginia has to offer. She spends her spare time creating beautiful flower arrangements, cultivating succulents, and researching botanical-based skincare ingredients that support her client’s skincare goals.
