
Clients are seen by appointment with a limited number of same-day appointments available. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
When booking an appointment, you will be asked to hold the service with a credit card, gift card, or pre-paid credit. 24 hours’ notice is needed if you cannot keep a scheduled appointment.
Payment for services is due at the time of service.
For the safety of your children, and as a courtesy to our other clients, children are required to be under adult supervisions at all times.
All LMG facilities follow current COVID protocols and may require screenings. You will be advised of any special steps or accommodations when you schedule your appointment or when arriving at the MedSpa.
Please note that individualized results are not guaranteed and may vary. Downtime is subjective and depends on individual pain tolerance. If at any time, during your treatment, you do not feel comfortable with the temperature, pressure or technique being used please speak to your service provider. We appreciated the opportunity to make your visit more comfortable.
